IMMEDIATE NEEDS PROGRAMS
New Hope Foundation recognizes that the key to breaking the cycle of poverty starts with meeting the most basic needs of shelter, nutrition, and clothing.
Elves In Disguise:
New Hope Foundation assists willing families who suffer setbacks despite their hard work and personal efforts to achieve success. Currently Elves in Disguise is New Hope Foundation's primary family focus program.
Each holiday season, volunteers at the New Hope Foundation join together to bring joy and hope to one or more families with our special "home makeover." Elves in Disguise provides basic items many people may take for granted, such as a clean mattress with sheets and a bed frame. Relieved of the burden of providing the basics, families are able to focus on achieving important milestones that can help them break the constraints of poverty.

...but the journey begins now!
EVEN ONE ITEM MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
1000 Coats for Hope Project:
WE DID IT! With your help the first annual 1000 Coats for Hope Project was a huge success. This past Saturday the New Hope Foundation collected over 1,000 coats and other winter wear for those in our community that are most in need. Please view our "WE DID IT!" flyer here.

New Hope Foundation's 1000 Coats for Hope Project is an annual drive dedicated to supporting basic needs programs offered by the Empowerment Center. This annual drive has the goal of collecting one thousand new and gently used coats, as well as winter outerwear, and blankets and distributing them to individuals in need.
New Hope Foundation has developed a long history with the residents of the Wynnewood Apartments. Each year we interview Wynnewood families for our Family Focus project Elves in Disguise to collect information about their long-term goals and needs. When we ask about their immediate needs, they all respond the same: coats and blankets. This year our goal is to have these items to offer before the weather turns cold.
